WARNING

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of the entities BdL
France and Auror Patrimoine established in France and which offer investment accounts or financial products to
potential investors.

The CSSF would like to specify that these entities use fraudulently and deceptively the logo, name and address of the
Luxembourg credit institution Banque de Luxembourg S.A. which has no relation with the two entities referred to in this
warning.
