ATM CAPITAL - FOCUS POINT CAPITAL

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of
ATM Capital and Focus Point Capital, two companies that claim to offer investment services.

ATM Capital and Focus Point Capital are not authorized investment firms in Belgium. Therefore they
may not offer investment services in or from within Belgium. There may be a connection between
these two companies.

The FSMA thus advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by ATM Capital
and Focus Point Capital and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.

ATM Capital claims to have offices in Japan at 21F Mitsubishi Juko Yokohama Building, 3-3-1 Minato
Mirai, Yokohama, Kanagawa-ken 220-8401, and in Italy at Viale Europa 42, I-00144 Roma.

Focus Point Capital claims to have offices in Japan at the Yoshimura Building, Kitahama, 2-6-12, 541-
0041 Chuo-ku, Osaka, Osaka-fu, and in Hungary at Andrassy ut 12, H-1061 Budapest.
