FRAUD WARNING NOTICE

ASTORIA HOLDING LTD

It has come to the notice of the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) that an entity calling itself ASTORIA HOLDING LTD is purporting to be an international business company registered in Belize with ‘contact’ at 60 Market Square, Belize City, Belize. No such company exists in our records and the Certificate of Incorporation posted on its website www.astoriaholding.com.en is a complete forgery.

This entity is also offering the services of ‘a trust money management in the Forex market, as well as in the futures exchange market’. No such company is licensed by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize to provide any of these services. The Company is therefore operating illegally.

This is a serious case of forgery and fraud. All persons concerned are asked to take note and exercise extreme caution.
