The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Apex Alliance, a company that offers investment services.

Apex Alliance is not an authorized investment firm in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.

Moreover, according to the information available to the FSMA, the activities proposed could be of a fraudulent nature, i.e. boiler room fraud. More information on this form of fraud is available in the general warning published by the FSMA on 5 April 2017.

The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by Apex Alliance and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.

Apex Alliance uses the website www.apex-alliance.com, the email addresses contact@apex‑international.com, trading@apex-alliance.com and clientservices@apex-alliance.com, the phone number +852 5808 0470 and the fax number +852 5808 0450. It claims to have its registered office in Hong Kong (Cheung Kong Center, 2 Queen’s Road, Central).

It appears, moreover, to have ties with Apex Equities, a firm that have also been the subject of a warning published by the FSMA.
