The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.placementsprives.com where an entity, which claims to be a subsidiary of the group Alpha Patrimoine and to be established at 13, rue des Sources, L-7334 Heinsdorf, offers wealth management services and a wide range of investment products.
The CSSF informs the public that this entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or
other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF wishes to specify that the Luxembourg investment firm Alpha Patrimoine S.A. which is duly authorised in
Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector has no connection with the website
www.placements-prives.com.
