La Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) advierte al público que a través de la página Web antes indicada, la sociedad ofrece servicios cuya prestación está reservada a entidades con licencia de Casa de Valores.
En dicha página Web se declara que la compañía tiene su sede de negocios en la Avenida Ricardo J. Alfaro, Edificio Century Tower, Piso 11 Oficina 11, sin embargo, el número de oficina que aparece en dicha página web no coincide con la clasificación numeración del Edificio Century Tower. La dirección postal anunciada para contactarlos es el PO Box 0823-03978, Panamá Rep. de Panamá. Los números de teléfono y fax coinciden con la utilizada en Panamá y son: 314-0299 y 236-5349, respectivamente.
