The Autorité des marchés financiers and the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution warn the public against the activities of several websites and entities proposing forex investments without being authorised to do so

The AMF and the ACPR are publishing a list of new websites and entities offering investments on the unregulated foreign exchange (Forex) market in France, without authorisation to do so.

Here is the new website recently identified:

- / London Emanagement Ltd
- / XS Investments

A list of all unauthorized websites to offer investments on the unregulated foreign exchange (Forex) market is available in the AMF’s website (section: Espace épargnants > Protéger son épargne > Listes noires) and Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service - ABE IS's website (section: Vos démarches > Se protéger contre les arnaques > Les listes noires des sites internet et entités non autorisés).

These websites may change very quickly and this list is not intended to be exhaustive.

To ensure that the intermediary offering banking or financial products or services is authorised to operate in France, you can view the register of financial agents ( or the list of authorised intermediaries in the financial investment advisor (FIA) or participating investment advisor (PIA) categories (

If the intermediary in question is not on any of the last two lists, we strongly recommend that you should not make use of their services, as they are in breach of the applicable legislation and are not required to comply with basic rules of investor protection, information disclosure and claims handling.

The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange has suspended, for a period of 90 days, pursuant to Article 99, paragraph 1, letter b), of the Legislative Decree n. 58/1998 ("Consolidated Law on Finance" - TUF), the offer to the Italian public of investment packages/programmes called "Soluzioni x rendite automatiche" (solutions for automatic annuities) promoted on the website and has ordered, within the meaning of Article 7-g, letter b), of the TUF, to cease thr infringement of Article 18 of the TUF consisting in the offering and conduct in respect of the Italian public of investment services and activities put in place through the Facebook page "Easy-Trade" (Resolutions Nos 20878 and 20879 of April 3, 2019).

Pursuant to art. 7- octies, letter b) of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance), the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange has also ordered the following companies to cease the infringement of art. 18 of the TUF:

Efor Holdings Ltd and Bonvita Partners Ou, through the website (Resolution no. 20882 of April 3, 2019);
Esos International Ltd and Kadeky International Sro through the website and the web page (Resolution no. 20881 of April 3, 2019);
Capital Tech Ltd and Pbox Ltd through the websites and (Resolution no. 20880 of April 3, 2019).

Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 17 of the Securities Markets Law (recast text approved by
Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October), the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores
(National Securities Market Commission) warns that:

Law, which include investment advice, or to provide the auxiliary services detailed in letters a), b), d),
