2020-05-20, Public warning by FMA Liechtenstein against ADCADA Investments AG PCC and ADCADA Immobilien AG PCC:

The FMA points out that for the bonds „ADCADA.healthcare Anleihe 2020 ", „adcada.money Hypozins " and „adcada.money Festzins " issued by ADCADA Investments AG PCC, Ruggell, registration number FL-0002.600.340-0, and ADCADA Immobilien AG PCC, Ruggell, registration number FL-0002.605.851-4, no prospectuses were approved. Offers are made without an approved securities prospectus by the supervisory authority.

The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) points out that ADCADA Investments AG PCC, Ruggell, registration number FL-0002.600.340-0, and ADCADA International AG, Ruggell, registration number FL-0002.600.350-5, have not been licensed by the FMA.

Especially, ADCADA Investments AG PCC and ADCADA International AG are not allowed to accept deposits in connection with the "adcada.money Hypozins " as advertised on the website adcada[dot]money.


2020-10-14, Public warning by BaFin Germany against ADCADA Investments AG PCC:

ADCADA Investments AG PCC, Rugell (Liechtenstein): BaFin ordnet Einstellung und Abwicklung des unerlaubten Einlagengeschäfts an und bestellt Abwickler
Die BaFin hat der ADCADA Investments AG PCC, Ruggell (Liechtenstein), mit Bescheid vom 28. September 2020 aufgegeben, das ohne Erlaubnis betriebene Einlagengeschäft sofort einzustellen und unverzüglich abzuwickeln.

Das Unternehmen nahm unter der Bezeichnung „ADCADA.healthcare Anleihe 2020 " unbedingt rückzahlbare Anlegergelder an und betreibt damit das Einlagengeschäft ohne die erforderliche Erlaubnis der BaFin. Das Unternehmen ist verpflichtet, die angenommenen Gelder per Überweisung unverzüglich und vollständig an die Kapitalgeber zurückzuzahlen.

Zur Durchsetzung der Abwicklungsanordnung wurde
