The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://adavacapital.eu
where an entity claims to offer investment services under the name Adava Capital S.A.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself as Adava Capital S.A. is not regulated by the CSSF and
that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from
Luxembourg.

The CSSF wishes to specify that the Luxembourg company Adava Capital S.A. is not related to the website referred to
in this warning.
