The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against offers of investment services made by Adaptis Group -Insurance Broker & Finance SPRL, with registered office at Avenue des Thuyas 8, 4121 Neuville-en-Condroz, and whose business manager is Mr Jean-François Van Rooyen.
Adaptis Group -Insurance Broker & Finance SPRL does not have the authorization necessary to offer banking services in or from Belgium1, nor has it published a prospectus approved by the FSMA2. Neither is the firm registered as an insurance intermediary.
The FSMA advises the public against responding to any offers of investment and insurance services made in the name of Adaptis Group -Insurance Broker & Finance SPRL and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
