The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) is issuing a warning regarding a website purporting to be that of ACE Insurance and Financial Limited, a company registered in the UK. The website also refers to itself as being that of ACE Insurance Company Limited and ACE Services Limited. This website claims that it is licenced by the GFSC to carry on insurance business. This claim is false as these companies have never been licensed or authorised by the GFSC, nor is an application pending for authorisation.
The individuals referred to on this website have no association with this website and the claims made to the contrary are false.
