of an entity named Ashoka Capital Markets (website: www.ashokacapitalmarkets.com) which
claims to be authorised and supervised by the CSSF.

The CSSF informs the public that an entity named Ashoka Capital Markets is unknown to it and
that it does not have any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services
in or from Luxembourg.
