Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EES countries.Apex Holdings Ltd has a website (www.apex-holdings.com) using the following addresses: Hochhaus, Taunusanlage 12, 60325 Farnkfurt, Germany.Waterhouse Square, London, EC1N 2SW.Apex Holdings Ltd's representatives contact investors through unsolicited telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in an OTC company. However, the investor must first pay a fee in advance, "10% Refundable Indemnity Bond".
