INVESTOR ALERT

Warning against Alpex International Limited

It has been brought to the notice of the Financial Services Commission (‘FSC Mauritius’) that an
entity in the name of Alpex International Limited (‘Alpex Markets’) which is falsely claiming to
hold an Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting) Licence and a Category
1 Global Business Licence issued by the FSC Mauritius on 11 November 2013. Alpex Markets
is defrauding investors by collecting money from forex trading.

Alpex Markets is not and has not, at any point in time, been licensed and regulated by the FSC
Mauritius.

The FSC Mauritius therefore urges investors and the public to exercise caution in respect of
Alpex Markets.
