Finanstilsynet åtvarer mot investeringstilbod marknadsført av Akaishi Global

Finanstilsynet har motteke opplysningar om at Akaishi Global (adresse: Kamiyacho West Building 4-3-21, Toranomon Minato Ward, 105-0001 Tokyo, Japan) har kontakta norske investorar og tilbode investeringstenester. Selskapet tilbyr òg tenester frå nettstaden www.akaishi-global.com.

Finanstilsynet gjer oppmerksam på at Akaishi Global ikkje har godkjenning til å drive investeringstenester i Noreg, og føretaket har derfor ikkje nødvendig godkjenning etter norsk lov. Dette inneber at Finanstilsynet ikkje har tilsynskontroll over selskapet eller har godkjent tenestene som selskapet tilbyr. Finanstilsynet tilrår derfor investorar om ikkje å inngå avtaler eller overføre verdiar til Akaishi Global.

Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Akaishi Global

Finanstilsynet has been informed that Akaishi Global (address: Kamiyacho West Building 4-3-21, Toranomon Minato Ward, 105-0001 Tokyo, Japan) has approached Norwegian investors offering investment services. The company also offers services from a website www.akaishi-global.com.

Finanstilsynet wishes to make it clear that Akaishi Global is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Finanstilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Finanstilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Finanstilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Akaishi Global.
