Finanstilsynet har mottatt opplysninger om at Activa Financial Services Limited blant annet tilbyr
utlân markedsfort via e-post.

Finanstilsynet gjor oppmerksom pâ at Activa Financial Services Limited ikke har godkjennelse til â
drive utlânsvirksomhet i Norge, og foretaket har derfor ikke nodvendig godkjennelse i henhold til
norsk lov. Dette innebasrer at Finanstilsynet ikke har tilsynskonlroll over selskapet eller har
godkjent de tjenestene som selskapet tilbyr. Finanstilsynet anbefaler derfor â ikke inngâ avtale med
Activa Financial Services Limited.

Finanstilsynet has been informed that Activa Financial Services Limited offers lending activity
promoted by e-mail.

Finanstilsynet wishes to make it clear that Activa Financial Services Limited is not authorised to
provide lending activity in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law.
The company is consequently not subject to Finanstilsynet's supervisory oversight, nor has
Finanstilsynel approved the services offered by the company. Finanstilsynet therefore recommends
not to entering into agreements with Activa Financial Services Limited.
