The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website
where an entity offers investment and wealth management services under the names ACTIO S.A. and Actio Prévoyance.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself on this website as ACTIO is not regulated by the CSSF,

and is also not authorised as an undertaking for collective investment.

The CSSF would like to specify that the undertaking for collective investment incorporated under Luxembourg law,
ACTIO, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to
undertakings for collective investment, has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.

Luxembourg, 4 December 2019

2020-02-20, Public warning by FSMA Belgium against WWW.ACTIO-PREVOYANCE.COM:

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of the website named, which offers investment services without complying with Belgian financial legislation.

The persons operating the website named are not authorized to provide investment services in or from Belgium.

Moreover, the offer made via that website shows numerous indications of fraud and seems to be similar to the fraudulent wealth management or savings plan offers denounced by the FSMA in the warning it published on 1 March 2019.

The website has also been the subject of a warning by the supervisory authority of Luxembourg (CSSF).

The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by that website and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.

More than ever, prudence is necessary.

If you have the least doubt about whether financial services being offered to you are lawful, please don't hesitate to contact the FSMA directly via the consumer contact form. As well, feel free to notify us of any suspicious company that has not yet been the subject of a warning by the FSMA.
