The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.acm-
patrimoine.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 1b rue Jean Piret, 2350 Luxembourg, offers wealth
management and alternative investment services under the name of ACM.

The CSSF informs the public that this entity is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any
authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
