The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of a website
www.ac-investissement.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 20 rue Michel Rodange, Luxembourg,
offers portfolio management and investment services under the name AC Investissement.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as AC Investissement is not regulated by the CSSF
and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from
Luxembourg.
