The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.ac-europe-sa.com
where an entity, which claims to be established at 5 Heienhaff¸ Senningerberg, Luxembourg, and at 6 rue Jean Engling,
Luxembourg, offers wealth management services (including a so-called "Vitalis " investment account) and alternative
management services of investment funds under the name of AC Europe SA.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself as AC Europe SA is not regulated by the CSSF and has
not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
